At the heart of Valli House you’ll find a powerful mother and daughter duo, Karri and Charly. Their skills have come together in perfect harmony, creating a sanctuary where clients can discover their unique beauty.

Cosmetic Nurse | Co-founderKarri has been a Registered Nurse for 17 years. She began her career with a graduate year in Neurology and Vascular, and has since worked in many hospital settings, from Birth suite to Palliative care. She has also been employed in regional settings, as a Nurse Immuniser, a Clinical Adviser for Primary Health Network, and occasionally enjoys working as a Set Nurse for Movies and TV.
Karri entered the Aesthetics Industry over 8 years ago when she found her passion in combining her creative eye and nursing skills into one. She did a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Nursing and Dermal Science. Karri has achieved Advanced Injector Status having trained under various industry experts. She is constantly focused on further learning with safety and patient education at the forefront of her daily practice.
Her nurturing approach and commitment to evidence-based treatments have earned her a reputation as a trusted practitioner in the Northern Rivers. With an unwavering belief that true radiance comes from within, she fosters a warm, inviting atmosphere at Valli House, ensuring each client feels safe and cared for.

Skin & Laser Therapist | Co-founderCharly’s skin journey began in her teenage years when she struggled with breakouts and other concerns. She became passionate about skincare and makeup focusing on self-expression and style. Her first medical peel sparked a deeper curiosity about skin health and she quickly realised there was so much to learn about dermal science. This curiosity led to years of ongoing research about ingredients, brands, ethics, nutrition, and dermal treatments, ultimately guiding her to where she is today.
Naturally curious and creative, Charly loves integrating her artistic passions into her role at Valli House. She holds a degree in Digital Media and Marketing and has since expanded her expertise with studies in Laser and Dermal Therapy at The Australasian College of Health and Wellness. While she embraces the latest industry trends, Charly remains focused on efficacy and evidence-based results, believing it takes a creative and critical mind to recognise that skin must be approached through a holistic lens. Conscientious, caring, and always striving to empower her clients, she takes pride in guiding them to flourish on their skin journeys.
